My watch stopped letting me scroll on the screen. Turns off and on sometimes on its own.

Try a factory reset (settings app and scroll down to About) and set it up again and see if that fixes it. If you cant navigate there then use the button method. If that doesnt work you will have to contact Customer Support
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
