When I activate deezer on my watch I get "unknown error" when I click to pair.

It's highly frustrating

@Rhiee Is your tracker syncing without issue, i.e. is bluetooth connection stable? Try rebooting your tracker (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo appears) and your phone, and attempt to pair Deezer again. More help here.

Hi,

I have the exact same error and I don't know what to try next.

I have rebooted the fitbit, reinstalled the fitbitapp and rebooted my phone and I still can't rederect to my app. I even tried to clear browser cache in case there was any junk there.

What can I do, this was a big selling point for this product?

I got it to work in the end by signing out of the deezer app on my phone
and then trying it again through the browser.

I have an unexpected error come up on my Fitbit app when I click on Deezer! I’m highly frustrated at this point. I tried everything from reinstalling to restarting phone and watch. Nothing!!!

I got this to work using one of the comments below but will be more specific in here:

- start from the beginning so first the Deezer app from your Fitbit and phone.
- disconnect and reconnect Fitbit to Bluetooth

- reinstall Deezer on Fitbit and phone , BUT DO NOT LOG IN TO DEEZER

- pair Fitbit to Deezer using the website Fitbit.com/Deezer and the code on your Fitbit

- it will now redirect you to the Deezer website for login confirmation, MAKE SURE YOU TICK “STAY LOGGED IN”

- for me it then redirected to the Fitbit app without the error message

Ditto! I'm so frustrated, I've reinstalled and reinstalled. Waiting for a response from Fitbit as it's very off-putting after such a build up. I still look forward to being able to run without taking my phone
