My smart watch’s heartbeat sensor isn’t working. The greenlight isn’t turning on. I tried to restart the watch but still the result was same. I tried hard resetting my watch but it still didn’t work. Other than this everything else is working fine. If anyone has any solution then please comment.

Hi @Breakout_man If restarts and a Factory reset didnt help then your only option is to contact Support.
