Cannot download clock face-Versa

Anytime I try to download a new clock face it just sits and continues to attempt to download. I've tried restarting my phone, disconnecting the Versa and connecting it again. Nothing seems to work

I have and what happened to me was I wasn't on Wifi. Are you on Wifi when trying to download the watch face?

 

Also,  I think some of those are for Ionic and not Versa. I am not sure if some watch faces are compatible with both devices.

I would like to know if you keep having issues downloading your clock face? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? article.

 

Also, are you having this issue just with one clock face or is it happening with others, are you having a strong WiFi connection? If the issue is directly with syncing, I recommend checking the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.
