I have tried to download the current firmware update and have tried multiple times. I a ready to throw this watch away. I will have the Versa right next to my phone and charged and it tells me to keep retrying, each time switching between retry bluetooth, retry wi-fi. This is ridiculous. The few times I have gotten it to start the update the download times out. How is this supposed to be accomplished? I am sick of seeing this message to update and yet I cannot do the update. Help!

Hi, try the suggestions I wrote in a little guide about how to perform the new update. It uses WiFi instead of BT. See:
