I just bought a Versa 2. I have a Spotify premium account and want to start using the controls.
I go to settings in the Fitbit App and get to the 'Log In' to Spotify page, however it keeps telling me that I have the incorrect username/password. I have reset and reinstalled all apps and passwords. Fitbit was not already linked to my Spotify premium so there was nothing to be removed there.
I don't understand why it keeps telling me that I have the incorrect username and password. I have reset it all and I know both are correct (I have no problems logging into Spotify from my computer).
Any help please!

Eventually found the fix for this after a lot of digging into the community posts.
Fitbit for iPhone uses Safari to open the Spotify login page. You have to ensure all cookies are allowed in the Safari settings. I typically like my browser to block cookies where possible and I suspect many other people set up their Safari like this.
This guidance needs to be added to the main troubleshooting pages. I shouldn't have to dig and dig through reams of community posts, trying different combinations of keyword searches to find this solution.
