I have recently upgraded my phone to the Samsung S10. I was previously able to view text messages on my Versa not anymore. This was a MUCH NEEDED  to. What should I do?

Hi there @BernadetteF, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is no longer showing your text notifications after upgrading the phone, I understand how you must be feeling. I'll be glad to help you with that. 

If you haven't done so yet, please take a look at this help article to confirm you've set up notifications properly to your new phone: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
