I can see my badges that I earn but when I share them to my friends my friends cannot see them even though I’ve got the settings to share to friends

If you have selected the option to post your badge with Friends, they have to follow the next steps from their Fitbit accounts to see the badges you have shared with them:

 

- On the Fitbit app tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
- Tap your name and tap the name of a friend to see the badges shared with you

I’ve tried all the trouble shooting tips and my badges are still not sharing to my friends
