Cannot receive text messages

The Bluetooth connection tab doesn't show on my fitbit. I have factory reset it and it still didn't show up.

I'm not sure which tab your referring to. 

Do you see Bluetooth under the settings app under settings app?

On my actual watch, there used to be three sections, one being pair to phone or device. Now I only have two, Add Audio Device and Restore Music Controls. I am no longer able to get text or phone calls since my last upgrade on my watch.

Your recovering to the Bluetooth classic found under settings, I think. 

To pair this Bluetooth settings to the phone change music restore to on. If this Bluetooth classic is a trusted device the phone will connect. 

If not, then change to pair and open the Bluetooth settings on the phone and have it do a search. You are looking for the Versa 2 Classic. 

After connecting you will then be able to control the music on your phone from the wrist. 

Notifications go through the Bluetooth Low Energy and the above setting does not affect this. 

For help with notifications we would need to know your phone model, and maybe the OS version.
