A week or so ago, I tried to set up the wallet and I was made to setup a device lock pin.
Now that I find that none of my banks are supported, I have no need for this pin anymore, but when I try to remove it, my phone app just hangs on "Please wait" for hours.
Any suggestions?

Solved.
Tried again, but entered the code this time rather than using my fingerprint. And it disabled the code immediately.

I once tried removing the lock and was unsuccessful.
I was able to change the lock so it would only lock Fitbit Pay and not the whole tracker. To me this was an acceptable answer for me.
A factory reset would work. On the Versa swipe to settings, tap, swipe up to help, tap, then swipe to clear data or factory reset. I'm not sure which it is.
This should remove the device lock, but will also require setting up the Versa as a new device.
I think I would do the first option and continue to try and remove the pin. The second option can be tried later but will require more work to setup again.
