My Versa hasn't been sending me notifications about calls and texts for over a month. That I could handle, not a huge deal. Now it won't track my active minutes and hasn't since Sunday. It also quit tracking my Heart Rate Monday. I need help with this. I constantly have issues with every Fitbit I get and I'm about to be done with Fitbit.

Hello @Smead05.let's go to settings on the Versa. Then swipe up to help. Then do a shutdown. Holding in the left notion or placing in the powered charger will turn the unit on.
If this does not help it sounds like it may be time to look in the top right corner of this page and Contact Fitbit.
