I need to replace my band. Bought a replacement band and was able to remove one of the two bands easily . But when I tried to use the pin to remove the band with the clasp, nothing happened. I pushed the pin up, down, sideways and the band won't budge (but my fingernail is pretty sore). What will Fitbit do to fix this problem?
