Display completely black after multiple resets

My Versa was working fine this morning and then the display has stopped displaying any information. I've done a factory reset twice (hold all three buttons, release the bottom right as soon as the logo appears). It appears to charge just fine and is now syncing with my iPhone but for the past few hours displays nothing. Edit: it is now only syncing with my phone after it is on charger (And ONLY on the charger) and I’ve done a hard reset.

Really annoying that Fitbit support staff are answering posts from people who posted a few minutes ago but they're not responding to this post from two days ago (along with a ton of others before mine).
