i saw the notifications of whatsapp on my Fitbit Versa 2, and supposedly i shall see a few options, e.g. mark as read, reply, quick reply etc (from the videoes that i saw online), yet the only option i saw was "clear" - how do I tackle this?

What type of phone do you have @vickieeesollee 

Apple has blocked this feature on iOS. As mentioned on the packaging.
