Cannot return Versa 2 from shut down

Yesterday I tried to work out with Fitbit Versa2. But it didn't work well and didn't synchronize with my mobile phone. So I rebooted my Versa2 by side button long  pressing, but it didn't recover, and I tried the shut down in my Versa2's setting. After that, my Versa2 cannot return from  shut down, in spite of the versa2's side button long pressing. Please let me know how to recover it.

Hi @T_Kambayashi  - have you tried placing it on the charger to restart it and charge it?

Hi. Thank you for your suggestion.
I went swimming (have done many times) and it froze. I was able to reboot. Next time I went swimming it did the same thing. I again was able to reboot but not able to swipe. The battery ran down. I put it in the charger and nothing. No vibration or lights - have tried on & off for 2 days. I called Fitbit - waiting to hear from them about warranty options - don’t think there is any at this point. It’s a couple years old.

Yeah, I charged my versa2, but it didn't react anything. After put it for 1 day, I tried to turn on it, but it didn't return from shut down.

My versa2 had 41% battery remain when my work out(walking and jogging).

In that condition, I tried to reboot and shut down, my versa2 didn't recover from shut down.

Hi @jccf  - at a guess the seal finally failed and let water in.

To confirm this you can chat via the Fitbit App by clicking the profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

If it is under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, the quickest way to get it replaced is to take it back where you bought it for replacement.

My Verse 2 did the same. I did everything support told me to do. My screen is stuck on setup wallet. The side button won’t work and I can’t return to settings from this screen.  Fitbit told me my warranty is out and to buy a new watch
