Cannot set up versa

I got my versa yesterday. Can't get set up done. Am stuck on a screen that asks is it charged. It has a full charge i plugged it in yesterday. Please help

Try holding left button until the versa resets.

One more suggestion, make sure that you do not have other devices with the fitbit app on it that is open.  For example when I first tried to set up my new Versa, there was a conflict for lack of a better word with my cellphone and my tablet because they both had the app on it.  I had to turn off my tablet and also remove my old fitbit from the app.   I hope your issue gets resolved.
