For the past few days, I have had an issue with my screen glitching—it will fade with lines running through the screen making it very grainy and difficult to read. Not too soon after this, it stopped tracking my heart rate — the green light on the back won’t even come on.
I’ve done a factory restart, I’ve tried changing the brightness/dimness of the screen, & tired turning on/off the heart rate function with NO AVAIL. I work out frequently but always gently wash the back and immediately dry my Fitbit. Has anyone else had this issue and fixed it? Can fit it just send me a new Versa?

I am currently facing the exact same issue, I've tried everything I could find online to reset, restart, turn off/on heart rate but nothing works. Screen still is fading and heart rate isn't being recognized. Was there anything else you've tried? I have been using Fitbit since 2017. First was Charge, and now Versa. Haven't had such an issue before. @JuanJoFitbit - could you help me with this?
