I just received a Versa Lite last night, I have the app installed on my phone (iPhone XR) and it’s like the Fitbit disconnects from the Bluetooth connection mid update/sync so I can’t complete the final steps for the Fitbit to work for me... I have disconnected the Bluetooth numerous times, I have turned the Fitbit off and on numerous times, I have removed the app and reinstalled it numerous times as well as restarting my phone numerous times... help???
