Cannot sync versa 2

Two weeks old and already have issues with syncing. The app cannot find the tracker. This happened with my versa and it was replaced with a versa 2 under warranty. Now it's happening again.

Me tooooo... I have had this versa 2 not even a week and it will not sync and keep saying no device found

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Hello yes I have tried everything including something from the community page. Crazy thing is my watch is only 1 week old,I was still getting use to it. I had it for a week and this has been happening for 3 daysBLESSED👐👐👐NEVER GIVE UP
