I have for a couple of tries to receive app notifications on the versa.
i have removed the app from my phone, rebooted the Versa, sync it again and done a factory reset, updated the app!
what is going on? Its annoying me

Is the Fitbit app notifications you are not receiving? Or do you mean text messages or emails?

Best AnswerIPhone 10 should work. Is the problem as described in THIS thread? If so do what KateFitbit suggests in the first post and hopefully that will fix it.
