Cannot update firmware Versa 3

My Versa 3 keeps warning me to update Firmware. Tried everything but no succesfull updating.

Hello,
I have taken all these steps. In the app at vandaag’ en ‘mijn apparaat’ there is no pink button for an update to ve found.
However my watch plate shows this remark constantly (no time indication):

And my watch gives me the same remark all the time.
No update to be found in the app.
