Cannot update or sync

My Versa will not sync to my phone or tablet - Galaxy Note 8, and Galaxy Tab 3, battery dies in 48 hours, cannot update and the time is off by 44 minutes.

My Alta is also having a hard time syncing. 

Anyone else?

Fitbit - any recommendations? My Versa is 4 months old, my Alta is 3 years old.

@JenLynn0612, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is not on the compatible devices list, so I'm afraid that it is normal that it won't sync. However, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 is on the list I mentioned, so you should not have inconveniences to sync your Versa or your Alta with it. So please follow the tips in the help article: Why won't Fitbit device sync? 

 

@Diaivy, what phone model are you using to sync?
