Versa alarm feature

I'm fairly new and have the Versa, I was woken up by Fitbit alarming response to awake and alive! Anyone else have this happen to them? And what does this mean? I've been stressing out all morning!

Hi, first of all stop stressing about something a watch tells you, it all about how you feel yourself!! On the Versa, swipe from left to right untill you see the "Alarms" app, press that and see if there are any alarms present, certainly the one you got. If there is an alarm set, remove it and restart your Versa.

You'll notice when you charge the device, when you put it back on the wrist, it has a message for you. These are just motivational messages and meant to inspire you throughout your day.

Awake and alive is a good thing, isn't it? You might be new to the Fitbit experience, but you found the best forums ever. Plenty of areas to read and to share your experiences.

OMG thanks for the info, I type in all caps at work but will be sure not to
next time! ok, the alert came thru at 230am! I charged it the night before
(I think), so just thought it was kinda scary! Like I stopped breathing or
no heart rate! My anxiety!! thanks for your help!

I agree with our friends here, what you saw was just an inspiration message, you don't need to stress about it. And as recommended, check the Versa manual to see which other features you will see on it.
