I purchased this watch for my wife Christmas 2018. She was extremely happy with it when she received it, but has recently become disappointed due to the watch battery life. When new, it was lasting 4 days on a single charge. Now, she is lucky to get 24 hours to use from the watch. She uses it for nothing but fitness tracking and email.
How do we go about getting a replacement or some troubleshooting assistance?

Hi, contact Customer Support about your battery problem, they can perform a battery life test and see if there any problems with it.
