@SunsetRunner are the sensor lights blinking? Is your Fitbit responsive? Does it turn on? Does it sync? Have you tried rebooting it by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes? Have you tried rubbing charging port with alcohol and charging from USB ports on your computer?
