Cant sync Pandora to Versa 2 - any ideas?

Tried customer service no help. Can't get this to sync. Anyone else have this problem?

It worked fine first thing this morning but since the heartrate zones were messed up, I deleted them through the fitbit app and tried again.  Now I can't get it to sync at all.  This follows the update that I received.

I have been trying for days to sync pandora and my music - can't get either to work 😞

I have the same issue. I was working with customer service for about 4 hours today and the issue still persists.

Right after I commented here I reached out to Tech Support via chat and they helped me resolve it! Turns out if a firmware installation is happening in the background it can't sync. They told me I currently have a download in process and that it should work in 24-48 hours. I would suggest reaching out they were super quick and helpful.

I ended up getting a replacement watch, mine was still in the return period for Amazon. The new watch worked after the update was done. I have no idea why the first watch never worked after the hours spent with tech support.
