Challenges not updating steps correctly while in the same timezone.

Hey guys, 

My steps are showing correctly on my dashboard but are not showing correctly on the leaderboard of challenges I am in. I am in the same timezone, but still showing about 5000 steps behind what I actually am on the dashboard. This has happened multiple times on multiple challenges both daily and weekly... Synching on a Samsung GS9+ Any suggestions???

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Thank you for reporting that your Challenge leaderboard steps don't match your dashboard steps.

We've received similar reports, and have escalated the issue to our engineering team. While we don't have a timeline for resolution, we will continue to investigate these discrepancies.
