Fitbit's display unresponsive

 Help!!...My Fitbit versa is going crazy,It keeps vibrating and doing it's own thing,It keeps switching on and off and this screen appears,The only part of the screen that works is the bottom left hand side,I've not dropped it or anything,Been playing up since I factory restored it - I can't even do that again.

 

I have insurance on it.

@ScottyG1987 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with the display issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing. By the way, thank you for trying the factory reset before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try one more workaround that is helpful for this type of issues. Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your tracker internally. After restarting your tracker, please check out if the display gets fixed.
