Feedback about the Fitbit Versa.

Since you are unable to submit feedback on products to Fitbit, I figured this is the best place to do so. Fitbit's quality seems to me to be below standard. I bought a Versa less than a year ago and I'm awaiting a third replacement. First was within 6 months. Second came another 6 months later. The replacement I got the second time maintained a charge less than 24 hrs. Initially that weren't going to replace it again despite it being their error. All I have to say, at this point is if it fails in less than a year I'll be switching to Garmin.
