It should correct itself when you sync to your phone. If it isnt, then restart the Versa several times and then sync it to your phone and it should come good. Let us know how you go

Hey @shar1989, welcome to the Community! The time on your Versa will sync depending on the time on the device you are using to sync it. In other words, as @NellyG said, you just need to sync your Versa and the time and date and the rest of the data will refresh. Sync your watch periodically (twice per day would be ok) so the time won't get behind.
Keep me posted if you have further questions!

Hey @Amberleen92, welcome aboard! When you say that you tried everything, could you please tell me exactly what did you try? If you haven't, please restart your Versa and sync it.
Let me know how it goes!
Best AnswerI've restarted my versa twice and still have it saying it's a hour behind. My app says that it syncs but my watch is a hour behind.

Thanks for restart your Versa to try to fix this inconvenience @Minaballerina22! As a general rule of thumb, I recommend turning on All Day Sync so that your device has the best chance of being up to date. Once your device has synced and updated to the new time, you should be all set.
Keep me posted!
The time changes with my phone, but the Time Zone doesn't, even when the phone is set to sync with the local tower timezone.
I have to log into the fitbit.com settings and manually change the timezone even as the versa syncs with the phone in every other way.
This seems counterintuitive.
Thanks to everyone for taking the time to reply to my post. Problem is now solved with the time. However I still have a problem syncing my Aria with the versa any ideas?
Best AnswerHaving the same problem, flown today from Sydney to New Delhi via Singapore. Switched time zone from Sydney to Singapore without even trying, but now can’t change to New Delhi time. Changed my fit bit app to show India as my country , re-started my versa three times still no joy

Hi @GINMANLY, it is great to see you around more often! If you have questions about how to change the time on your Versa, 'cause you changed time zones and the time on your device is still incorrect after syncing, please take a look at the information in this help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes!
I'll be around!
Best AnswerMy phone did sync eventually. Even though its on automatic sync it never does I keep having to do it manually. But the time still didn't change. How do I restart the watch?
Best AnswerI am travelling again and this time had no problem with syncing to the local time. There was a software update a month or so ago and since then I’ve had no problem with syncing and even the problem with the floor counting has not re-occured.
To re-start I am sure you press the last hand button and the bottom right at the same time. I do get forgetful about this operation, but a simple question put into goggle provides me with the answer.
Best AnswerI can’t get my Versa to sync the time with my iPad. I’m traveling and left my phone at home - the device that normally syncs with the Versa. I downloaded the FitBit app to my iPad and set up the Bluetooth. Everything but the time syncs without issue to the iPad. I’ve tried refreshing the Versa and also turning it off/on. I’ve also tried changing the time zone from automatic to manual in the advanced set up. Please help!
