Hi, I know how to change my Versa clock face from my cell phone but I've been trying to figure out for the last hour how to do it from my PC. Does anyone know if this is possible to do and if so, how to do it. I have Windows 10.
Thx,
H

Go to the App and click on the Account Icon at the upper right and then Versa. Click on Clocks and proceed.

Unfortunately this doesn't work. The instructions you gave work from my smart phone but not from my PC. Any one else have an idea how to get to the clock faces from the Fit bit app on my PC?
Thx,
H

I use a Windows 10 computer exclusively and it works for me. If you are not seeing what I describe, I would reinstall the App on the computer from the Windows Store.

Hi - it took me a few min but it does work. Read exactly what Cbwilsha says. It is so much easier looking at the PC than a phone!

So in the upper right corner, we click the fitbit icon, then quick view - show clock right? But then you say proceed. Proceed to what? There is nothing after that. The only choices are OFF or SHOW CLOCK. And all show clock does is bring up the default clock view on the fitbit, nothing shows up on the monitor as like a choice or anything. What are us desktop users missing here??

I have never got even as far as you. I am attaching what I see when go to the Dashboard and click on the Versa icon.

I tried it again tonight after getting your message, and now it works! However, the screen I'd like to use says something about going to some "code" place, and entering a 5digit number, because there is a fee that must be paid using Kpay (whatever that is) before I can use it. Huh? Say what? lol, no clue where this code is and no clue how to pay so guess I can't change it anyway:/ I would suggest trying it again though as for whatever reason, I went to the same place tonight and now it works. Go figure.

Actually, with a little trial and error, I've discovered (if there is anyone else out there wondering about what this KPay is & where this "code" goes), that by typing the code into the search bar, it brought it up and asks for the code and you can just go from there IF you choose to follow through and actually purchase the clockface for a nominal fee.

I have only been able to change the clock face using the Fitbit App on my phone. Never have been able to access it on my PC.

Hi, @jedherbert12 - in the phone Fitbit App click on profile photo, device photo, gallery, you will probably see one clock (out of 5 Possible), click the clocks tab at the top and use search to enter the criteria you want for the next clock face, and select the one you want and then install it.
This will only work as long as your watch is syncing with the phone.
You can then switch between them using the Clocks App on the watch.

Hi Bernadette, is that possible?
There are certain things you can't do using a pc, for example set-up a watch.
