how do I get the sinc off old to sinc with new Versa, I have it bluetoothed already, not showing up in app

I'm not sure what you have done with bluetooth, but to switch to a new tracker:

First, if possible, sync from previous tracker to get all of its data to fitbit database.

Then on phone app, logged into same account, tap profile pic near top left to get to Account page; look for 'Set up a Device'; tap that and follow instructions.

 

Not sure this last step is necessary, but to be sure, after after done, go into phone bluetooth settings.  If still paired to old tracker, unpair it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
