Versa not holding a charge

My watch for the last week have not been holding its charge. I find that it is draining faster and requires charge twice within a day. I was told to install the new updates and that would fix the problem, but my problem still persist and now I am not seeing my clock face only the Fitbit log. I need help, not even 1 year since I purchased this.

Hi @Pwwmhunter, welcome to the community.

Have you tried restarting your device by following the steps here? Also have you installed any new apps on your watch recently or maybe switched to a new clock face? Are you using a 3rd party clock face? If so I would recommend changing it to a Fitbit developed one to see if that has any effect on battery life.

Thank you...I thought as much that my clock face may be the source of the
problem and did change it last night. I will monitor that for the next few
days to see any difference in charge.
Thank you for your timely response.
