Changing default email

Is there a way to change default email?  This is my deciding factor in whether I  keep or return.

Hi @Lake35

1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account icon > your device image. 
2. Scroll down and tap Notifications.
3. Tap Emails.
4. From here you should be presented with a list of the email apps on your phone, just select whichever one you wish to make the default.

My Fitbit Charge 3 has Gmail as its default email.  I have followed your instructions below but cannot get it to bring up any other email address even though my phones default email is my Sky email address.  I have three email profiles set up on my phone - Sky, Hotmail & Gmail - any suggestions on how to solve this issue?

I just received a Versa 2 with same problem with gmail account being only acct shown. What I did was temporarily disabling gmail on my Samsung cell. I then selected my 'foriegn' email account as my default acct. Then went to mobile fitbit and selected my email acct. Then went back into my cell and enabled my gmail acct.

Thank you! This worked for me. Now if I can just keep the Versa synced to my phone!
