How do I set up my Versa 2 from a Versa. It cant be this hard, but I am not a technical person. I already have the app on my phone, but its not syncing nor will my bluetooth pair. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you remove the old as well removed the old from Bluetooth?

Set it up

Also remove the old fitbit from the area you are trying to set up the new one. As they will interfere with each other
