Changing time zone without internet connection.

I am using the fibit watch last four years.But i have a unsatified one fact when changing time zone.Because i am Seaman and i travel around the world.So i have to change many time zones onboard ship or in port. Changing time zone at sea is very difficult or not possible for me due to internet signal is weak at sea.So i can not use fibit watch onboard. If possible, Please tell the developer and quickly fix this issue.
