So I was trying to change the wristband on my versa, got the one side no problem. I went to the other and the pin broke and fell out of the band, and I have an extra pin but I have no idea hot to put the replacement pin into the wristband. Any help?

Two options from when I did the same thing.

The first thing I tried was to unscrew the tiny lever out of the pin shaft. That wasnt too hard using a small pair of pliers. The pin then slips easily intonthe band. All you have to do now is screw the lever back into the pin. Thats where the forst method fell appart! It was almost impossible to screw the tiny lever back ino the pin. I am fairly dextrous but gave up after numerous attempts.

The second option sounds more a bit destructive amd I wasnt keen on the idea, but it worked fine. I used a tiny pair of scissors to cut the band fron the top of the pin hole to the hole where the lever sits, then opened it upand slipped the pin in. It worked a treat and has been fine ever since.

@Breanapant3 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear about your damaged pin. You should be able to slide the new pin in the dedicated on your wristband like @NellyG said. Is the new pin of a different size? Could you share some pictures? Or were you able to switch them?

I look forward to your reply!
