Hi all,
When changing the band on my Versa it hit the 10 Max out. However, I am unable to reset the pin on my phone as it says error connecting to Versa. Yet I can sync.
Please help

@Ashb92 Try removing Versa from your phone Bluetooth settings, reboot the phone, Versa, open fitbit mobile app and try unlocking via app again.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Were you able to unlock your watch?
