Charger issue

I have been having problems charging my Versa on the official charger provided with it. It’s just over a year old and it’s getting worse. It’s been doing this on and off for about 4 months. It pops up when charging saying Not charging - not enough charge and buzzes. It never gets to 100%. It only seems to trickle charge. I was only provided with a usb charger when I bought it. By reading other items it seems I may have a faulty charger out of a batch of faulty chargers provided about a year ago. How do I get a free replacement? Or is it another issue.

Hi @Fiknight If it is over a year old it wont be covered by warranty unless you are in Europe or Australia (where it it is 2 years). You can buy a replacement charger at the Fitbit online store or some stores carry them.
