Charging a dead fitbit

My fitbit versa died and I am trying to get it to charge but it doesnt seem to be charging... what do I do?

*Update* when I was able to get the fit bit turned on the battery icon indicates full, but immediately died again and the screen said 0%*

@JM1995 Try wiping the contacts with the alcohol and plugging the tracker to the USB port on your computer for several hours.
