Charging error

I’m starting to get a charging error that will quickly flash on screen when I put my versa 2 on its charger it does not happen all the time but when it does happen the battery life is only good for a day at most when it does not flash the error the battery life is good for 3 to 4 days is there a issue with my charger or the versa 2 I have not had it quite a year yet.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Versa 2 that is giving you the charging error message. Let me know what is the exact error message that you're receiving? 

Before considering other options, make sure that you've completed the restart procedure described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

In addition, try to follow all the instructions listed here to extend the battery life of your Versa 2: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

all I have seen so far is the screen turns red and says charging error dose not stay up long to see if there is more to the message
