I've just got new versa3 and it won't charge, it worked out the box then when I put on charge it now won't start anymore, app says battery medium but not sure if that was before tryd charge it up. As sync won't start but also think that's cause fitbit is off, please advise. Total joke if charging cable not working when brand new.

Hi @Bumba007 - you can't sync when the watch is off and needs charging but in the app you can see both battery and when it last synced which will give you a rough guide.
Assuming you have pressed the button for a few seconds off the charge cable and on and it's not responding, follow the guide in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
