Charging issue - Versa

I’m trying to charge my versa and have tried different chargers but after a minute it tells me there’s insufficient power to charge

I get that often when charging. I just click "okay" and double tap my screen to see charging % and then check again in 5 or 10 minutes to make sure it has changed. It has always gone on to charge to 100% in about an hour or so.

 

In fact, mine is charging now and I got the same message earlier at 12% (about 30 mins ago) and it is now at 74% but when I tap the screen, I get the message you do.  I just click okay and ignore it.
