Just got it today.  Will not charge on any of my plug in the wall connectors. Rugged into computer and says not supported and wont charge. This is nuts.  How am I supposed to charge it. 168 bucks for a piece of garbage.  Not happy. Never had issues with HR2.

This is not normal, @Wrenstvns. I would advise you return it to exchange for a new one. You are well within the return window.
