Woke up thids morning and my fitbit versa has a "clock error" message on with a further message to go to fitbit app to install a new clock face. When I try to do this the app says that the updates fails to install..... Can anybody give advice.

I am having the same problem. When I try to pick another clock face it says "this clock cannot be installed on your device. Your device is not connected". But it IS connected to Wi-fi. How to fix this? My clock face is not showing at all on my Versa.
