I've had my Versa for less than a year. It suddenly stopped syncing. Also won't recognize the Bluetooth connection. I've tried all the resets, restarts, etc... Is this common? Any ideas for fixing it are welcome.

A few questions:
1.) Do you have the Versa or the Versa Lite?
2.) What device are you using to sync it with?
3.) Have you tried setting it up as a new device?

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this syncing issue. Have you checked if your watch is paired? If you are having setup problems, you can follow the instructions provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?.
