@BethBlose What's your phone model and OS? Which version of the Fitbit mobile app you're running? Has it ever synced properly? Are you able to receive notifications?

If your Versa isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
