The screen will not sync a new clock face. My previous one would not stop blinking like it was stuck. So I tried to pick out a new one but it will not sync and gives me an error. I do not get my versa wet so I did not short it or anything. What can I do to fix this. Thanks.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times. If that does not solve the problem, install a clock face from Fitbit itself. The default one for the Versa is called "Layers". Withi the Fitbit app go to Clock Faces - All Clocks - Show all from Fitbit and choose Layers.

Click the link in my message, or else: press and hold the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Other way is: go to the settings in your Versa, scroll down to Device info and scroll down to shutdown. Wait a few secs and press the Left button untill you see the Fitbit logo. Good luck!.
