For 3 days my Versa is still showing a clock error, I clicked on 'badges' like someone mentioned and nothing is happening. Everything else works fine. Once I try to select another clock face, it states that I can't because it's currently loading one. I've remove the app and added it as well as remove the device and added again. It is still showing clock error. I need help. How do you power the device off completely? That's about the only thing I haven't tried. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5.

Have you tried changing the clock face after setting up the Versa as a new device?
