I have been having difficulty changing the clock face since i purchased this versa a month ago. After reading through forums and clicking on multiple links. I found the solution. You cannot change your clock face if you have more than 38 apps on your fitbit.I deleted a couple apps and BAM! I successfully changed the clock face twice! Hopefully this will prevent others from having to do as much research and save frustration. Heart
